Tax Exempt Information

Effective January 24th, Ucross Stewardship Program (EIN 46-4491120) was recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt public charity organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. On December 3, 2014, the Board of Directors unanimously voted to adopt an amendment changing the name to the Plank Stewardship Initiative. This change has been registered with the Wyoming Secretary of State and will be reported to the Internal Revenue Service as a part of its annual return.
